The qualifying individual must be a homeowner or resident of the property receiving the service and be responsible for or authorized to approve the HVAC service.
The Community Heroes Discount is intended for residential HVAC services. Commercial projects, new construction, subcontracted work, and other specially priced projects may be excluded. Discount eligibility and qualifying services are subject to verification. 10% service discount and installation/replacement discount apply to qualifying charges. Installation and replacement discount is limited to $300 per project. Cannot be combined with other offers. Additional exclusions may apply.
